Job summary

Valcor Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk at a high-end Los Angeles property. You will greet residents, guests and vendors and run the front desk, screening visitors and controlling access per property rules.

You will log packages, deliveries and visitors, coordinate with property management with discretion, and observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns. Proficiency in English is required; a complete black suit is expected.

Qualifications

• Active California BSIS Guard Card required.
• 1+ year concierge/front desk/hospitality or luxury residential experience preferred.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors and manage the front desk.
• Screen visitors and enforce access per property rules.
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in building systems.
• Coordinate with property management with discretion.
• Observe, report security, safety and maintenance concerns.
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in Belfry app.
