Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Concierge Officer in Los Angeles to support guest check-in, local tenant services, and on-site event operations.

This role emphasizes hospitality and security, delivering exceptional customer service within a client site. The Concierge Officer will assist with planning, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-ups, while maintaining safety and access control according to client and company standards.

Qualifications

• Receptionist/host/retail background is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of operational event logistics under the direction of the PM.
• Support event load-in, setup, breakdown, and onsite production activities to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist with event planning and pre-production efforts, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Support the collection and tracking of event-related costs in accordance with established budget guidelines (shared responsibility).
• Place orders for event materials and supplies and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival.
• Coordinate vendor communications, confirmations, and logistical requirements.
• Prepare event materials, including signage, branded collateral, promotional items, and giveaways (shared responsibility).
• Assist with post-event recaps, evaluations, and documentation of key learnings and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of the monthly tenant newsletter (shared responsibility).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting guest check-in and enhancing the overall onsite guest experience.
• Fulfill guest and tenant requests, including but not limited to dining orders, restaurant reservations, dry cleaning services, package deliveries, bell cart assistance, and other concierge-related services. Maintenance requests may be coordinated as needed and at the direction of the PM.
• Collaborate with property team members to coordinate guest and tenant needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Document and communicate guest compliments, concerns, complaints, and feedback to the PM for appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Utilize proper radio communication etiquette and designated call codes to effectively perform assigned duties and coordinate with property personnel.
• Greet and assist all guests and tenants in accordance with Sunset Media Center's hospitality standards, telephone protocols, and guest service procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of property services, amenities, tenant resources, and building operations to effectively assist guests and tenants.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
