Action Property Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Access Control Officer for our Savina luxury association in San Diego. Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience preferred.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk, lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and manage access control.
• Provide concierge services to residents and guests.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and route mail/parcels.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries from residents and guests.
• Address concerns and reference governing documents as needed.
