Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Attendant for the Fitness Center in Naples, FL. This full-time, seasonal role supports member services, check-ins, and scheduling for fitness and tennis activities in a fast-paced, multi-amenity environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of hospitality experience, strong communication, and reliability; CPR/AED may be preferred. Team members receive competitive benefits and a culture-centric workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospitality, recreation, fitness, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Remain calm and courteous in fast-paced settings.
• Accurate, legible recordkeeping and basic math.
• Consistent attendance and performance.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsabilités

• Manage Tennis check-ins, guest registration, and court inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling for Personal Training and Massage Therapy services.
• Open/close procedures and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Process Fitness, Tennis, and Spa transactions at POS.
• Attend quarterly meetings and required trainings.
