Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver a welcoming poolside experience for guests. You will assist with seating, provide towels, water, and pool amenities, and help maintain a pristine pool area while supporting poolside food and beverage service.

The role requires 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience, the ability to work outdoors in hot desert conditions, and a valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card along with work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food and beverage service experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Ability to work outdoors in a desert climate and extreme temperatures.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool, pool deck, and surrounding guest areas in clean and guest-ready condition.
• Provide towels, water, and pool amenities; assist with poolside service.
• Monitor inventory and replenish towels, umbrellas, and pool supplies as needed.
• Enforce pool safety policies and report accidents or concerns to Security.
• Assist with additional pool attendant duties and support operations as required.
