Job summary

Nuage Designs in Miami, FL seeks a Delivery & Setup Associate to assist drivers in loading, unloading, and transporting event rentals between facilities and venues. You will help with on-site setup and breakdown, dressing tables with linens, and ensuring every installation reflects our high standards of presentation.

You\'ll work nights and weekends based on event schedules, travel outside the Miami area may be required, and you will collaborate with the warehouse team to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions, setup sheets, floor plans, and safety documents.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, team members, and venue staff.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and protect products from damage.
• Support delivery routes and assist with goods to venues.
• Set up and break down event furniture according to floor plans.
• Drape linens and dress tables with china, glassware, and cutlery as specified.
• Maintain inventory and ensure correct setups before leaving venues.
