Job summary

Nuage Designs is seeking a Delivery & Setup Associate in Miami, FL to support drivers with loading, unloading, and transport of goods between Nuage facilities and event venues. The role includes on-site setup and breakdown of rentals, placing tables and chairs, draping linens, and dressing tables according to event specs.

You will ensure timely, safe deliveries and reflect the high quality and presentation our clients expect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions, setup sheets, floor plans and safety documents.
• Good communication skills to interact with drivers, team members, and venue staff.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring products are packed and protected.
• Accompany drivers on delivery routes and help deliver goods to locations.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and preparation for deliveries.
• Set up and break down event furniture, draping linens and dressing tables per event specs.
• Review setups against orders and correct discrepancies before leaving the venue.
