Job summary

Fleur du Mal is seeking an organized Ecommerce Product Coordinator to support product operations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across our D2C business. The role focuses on maintaining visibility into product inventory, coordinating with vendors and warehouses, and ensuring accurate product information for internal teams.

Reporting to the Director of Ecomm Operations, you will work with internal and external teams on day-to-day product and inventory initiatives,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels and replenish third-party products for all DTC channels.
• Coordinate incoming inventory with warehouse and vendors; communicate arrivals and availability to teams.
• Set up new products in Shopify and coordinate successful launches.
• Support preorder management by adding incoming inventory and recuts in Purple Dot.
• Serve as the point of communication for inbound merchandise on the ecommerce team.
• Track packaging inventory and coordinate reorders of boxes, bags, and fulfillment materials.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and test AI-powered tools to improve processes.
