Job summary

Grand Living at The Grove in Austin, TX is looking for a Busser to elevate dining for residents and guests across Bistro, Casual, Formal, and memory care venues. You will support meal service under the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), ability to read/write English, and physical stamina; one-year fine dining experience is a plus. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Manual dexterity to use kitchen utensils (e.g. knives, spoons, spatulas).
• Stamina to stand and move for long shifts.
• One-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and support the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests.
• Assist in the delivery of culinary activities across Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room venues.
• Work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor in line with community standards.
