Hilltop Restaurant at Carneros Resort and Spa seeks an enthusiastic Server to join our Cottage Dining team in a Forbes luxury setting. You will deliver personalized service and guide guests with wine pairings, while maintaining a polished dining environment on a resort campus.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Napa Valley wines is a plus.
• Ability to deliver personalized service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations for food and wine pairings based on preferences and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including wine and beverage offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area to maintain a polished, luxury atmosphere.
• Uphold Forbes luxury service standards with anticipatory and respectful service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members for smooth operations and timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolutions.
• Take and process orders accurately, addressing dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with special events, private dining experiences, and seasonal promotions.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
