Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and manage reservations with confidence.
- Escort guests to tables, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
- Coordinate with servers and leadership to balance seating and dining flow.
- Maintain communication between front door and dining room as a central liaison.
- Support leadership with guest notes, special requests, and service recovery when needed.
