Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of luxury brands, engaging guests to tailor recommendations and drive service and retail sales. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and in-store demonstrations while maintaining store standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service, and ability to learn product knowledge, work with the team, and participate in brand trainings and events.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and replenishment in the Luxury area.
• Participate in trainings and in-store promotions.
