Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Lung Transplant Program. The role partners with transplant physicians, surgeons, nursing, operations, quality, and executive leadership to advance workflows and patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have nursing leadership experience, familiarity with CMS/OPTN/UNOS requirements, and a track record of quality improvement in transplant services.

This leader will partner closely with transplant physicians, surgeons, nursing, operations, quality, and executive leadership to develop efficient workflows, promote exceptional patient outcomes, and ensure ongoing regulatory and accreditation readiness
Provides operational leadership for one or more solid organ transplant programs and serves as a key partner to transplant physicians, administrators, and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Under the direction of the Director of the Transplant Program, this position is responsible for the daily management of program operations, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, financial performance, staffing coordination, and strategic initiatives that support growth and excellence in transplant services. The Program Manager ensures compliance with all requirements established by CMS, OPTN/UNOS, and applicable accrediting bodies while driving operational efficiency, patient access, and exceptional patient outcomes. Demonstrates knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, OPTN/UNOS policies, SRTR metrics, performance improvement methodologies, Lean or Six Sigma principles, and data analytics and dashboards.
