The University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking a Senior Director for Transplant Services to lead the solid organ transplant program. This role entails developing strategic plans, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing operational compliance with regulatory standards.

The Senior Director-Transplant Services provides executive leadership and oversight for the solid organ transplant program. This role develops and executes strategic and tactical plans to meet access, quality, and financial objectives across the transplant continuum of care. It proactively manages relationships with staff, physicians, and management, directs cost and billing methods, and facilitates customer and community relations. The Senior Director also produces development strategies for the department.
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of management experience, including two (2) years of transplant-related experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
Requires occasional working hours beyond the regular schedule, occasional travel to offsite locations, occasional bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, driving, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, standing, twisting, and walking. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment demanding precision and high quality.
