Job summary

Loyola Medicine in Maywood, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager for Thoracic Transplant to provide operational, clinical, and administrative oversight of Heart and Lung Transplant, Advanced Disease Management, and VAD programs.

You will supervise staff, coordinate across inpatient and outpatient teams, ensure compliance with UNOS, CMS, and Joint Commission, and contribute to program growth and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN License (Illinois).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in transplant, advanced disease, or critical care.

Compensation

Salary Range: $40.46 - 64.74 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
