Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York, NY, seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead the lung transplant service. You will participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contribute to patient education, and help shape clinical pathways within a premier academic medical center.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with NY license, and preferably PGY2 in solid organ transplant.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• New York State Pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain license within 3 months.
• PGY2 Residency in Solid Organ Transplant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service through rounds and joint projects with the transplant team.
• Identify problems and promote rational drug use with therapy selection and monitoring.
• Provide drug information to providers and patients covered by the service.
