Job summary

MUSC Health – Midlands Division is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate the Midlands Lung Screening Program and Pulmonary Tumor Board, supporting Pulmonology services across Columbia and Kershaw Medical Centers. The role focuses on identification, evaluation, and longitudinal management of patients at risk for lung cancer, including follow-up for nodules.

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and licensure.
• Prior experience in pulmonology or patient navigation preferred.
• Strong interest in pulmonology and long-term patient care.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• 70% – Low-Dose CT visits and navigation tracking with follow-up and referrals.
• 20% – Tumor board prep and follow-up with multidisciplinary team.
• 10% – CPAP clinic operations and care management.
