Job summary

The MUSC Health – Midlands Division seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate the Midlands Lung Screening Program and Pulmonary Tumor Board in Columbia, SC. You will lead care coordination, support a bi-weekly tumor board, and manage a CPAP clinic for selected pulmonary and sleep-related conditions.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and licensure.
• Prior experience in pulmonology or patient navigation preferred.
• Strong interest in pulmonology and long-term patient care.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead care coordination for the Lung Screening Program and Pulmonary Tumor Board.
• Support CPAP clinic for chronic pulmonary and sleep-related conditions.
• Coordinate timely follow-up and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Participate in telehealth and in-person tumor board activities.
