Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) - Obesity to lead the global evidence generation strategy for obesity assets within the Primary Care Division. You will oversee HEOR activities, develop comprehensive value dossiers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient access across launches and lifecycle stages.

Role requires a strong leadership record in HEOR, strategic thinking, and collaboration with medical, commercial, and access strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
• 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR or related fields
• Expertise in HEOR strategy and evidence development
• Experience with health economics modeling and real-world evidence studies
• Strong project management and leadership in cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the global evidence generation strategy for Obesity assets in Primary Care
• Coordinate input from local country/regional teams for global market access at launch and lifecycle
• Design and execute global HEOR studies (network meta-analyses, non-interventional studies, economic models)
• Develop launch deliverables: value dossiers, LDPs and economic models for reimbursement and access
• Incorporate patient-reported outcomes and humanistic endpoints into trials
• Guide clinical trial design and dissemination of HEOR materials in regulatory contexts
• Foster strategic partnerships with external experts and payers to support asset strategies
