Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior HEOR leader to drive the US evidence generation strategy for lung cancer and precision medicine in Oncology. You will coordinate inputs across Medical, Market Access, and cross-functional partners to shape launch and lifecycle evidence plans.

The role requires deep HEOR expertise, extensive experience in health economic modeling and real-world evidence, and collaboration with global teams to develop AMCP dossiers and reimbursement-ready tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required (MSc/MPH/PhD).
• 7+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA; or 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or related fields.
• Deep understanding of health services research methods (health economic modeling, PROs, statistics, real-world evidence/registries/observational design).
• Knowledge of drug development and US healthcare/economic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the US evidence generation strategy for the lung cancer & precision medicine portfolio in Oncology.
• Coordinate inputs from US Medical, field-facing colleagues, US Market Access, cross-alliance partners, GASP and USMA to define evidence needs and integrate the strategy for launch and lifecycle.
• Design and execute HEOR studies including site engagement, chart abstraction, and retrospective data collection from concept through publication.
• Develop US value & evidence strategy with US Medical and Global HV&E, including AMCP dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, and tools for reimbursement and access.
• Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and PRO data analysis/interpretation to support reimbursement and access negotiations.
• Ensure dissemination of HEOR materials per regulatory guidance/internal SOPs (e.g., PVPs, promotional materials, FDAMA 114-compliant materials).
• Build external research collaborations with experts, healthcare policy makers, payers, and academic/community oncology settings.
