The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience with children is a plus, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Assist in the distribution of meals and monitor food service areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with students to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere during lunch.
• Address behavioral issues and report them to staff as needed.
• Support students with special needs to ensure a positive lunch experience.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a supportive environment during lunch.
• Assist in cleanup of lunch areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
