Job summary

Enid Public Schools is seeking a cafeteria monitor to help maintain a safe and orderly lunch environment. You will supervise students during lunch, assist with behavior and needs, and help rotate groups while ensuring proper conduct in the cafeteria and surrounding areas.

The role requires standing for long periods, a criminal background check, and previous experience with children is preferred. Placement on the support salary schedule for a 175-day contract; hours limited to lunch periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization of students when they arrive in the cafeteria.
• Assist students with needs while they are having lunch.
• Monitor student behavior in the cafeteria.
• Assist with duties necessary to rotate groups of students during the lunch hour, such as cleaning tables.
