HOURS/DAY: 3.25
RATE OF PAY: $18.18 - $20.66 per hour (2025-26 rate), Category A
Terms of employment per the Minnesota School Employees Association Non-Certified Student Support Personnel (MSEA) collective bargaining agreement.
To supervise and support students during lunch periods by monitoring behavior, enforcing safety rules, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring a safe, orderly, and positive lunchroom environment.

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age.
Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.

Confidentiality requirements related to students and families.
Basic understanding of emergency response and incident reporting protocols.
Ability to effectively supervise groups of students in structured and unstructured settings.
Clear and professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, and students.
Demonstrate reliability and accountability when responding to daily tasks and unexpected circumstances.
