• Accurately enter orders into the POS and deliver items efficiently
• Monitor tables proactively and anticipate guest needs
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate
• Follow all cash handling, alcohol service, and safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned sections
• Support teammates and assist during peak service periods

Servers at Larkin’s Restaurants are experienced hospitality professionals responsible for delivering warm, intuitive, and memorable guest experiences. This role requires proven restaurant service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced environment while upholding our N.I.C.E. values.

Pay & Classification

Hourly, tip-eligible position

Servers are compensated at a standard hourly rate, regardless of prior experience

Tips are earned based on guest service and performance

Classification and pay practices comply with all applicable wage and hour laws
