Job summary

Larkin’s Restaurants is seeking friendly, attentive Servers who genuinely enjoy creating memorable dining experiences. Our Servers are ambassadors of our brand, combining warm hospitality, strong product knowledge, and efficient service to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

You’ll welcome guests, guide them through menus, take and enter orders in our POS, deliver beverages and meals, and support teammates during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused mindset with guest-first approach.
• Experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with wine, beer, spirits, or Toast POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver attentive, professional service.
• Guide guests through menus and upsell beverages.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages per service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the dining experience.
• Support teammates with side work and running food.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Process payments accurately.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
