Daytime Front of House (Cashier/Drive Thru) Team Member

Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Type: From $13.00 - 16.00/hr

Position Type:

• Lunch shifts (10:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

• Part-Time, 15+ hours per week, availability three weekdays - $12.00 - 14.00/hr

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week - $15.00/hr

Requirements:

• Must be 16+

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

• Must be comfortable using a cash register

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Responsibilities:

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

• Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru

• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

• Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
