Lunch Front of House (Cashier/Drive Thru) Team Member

Pay Type: From $13.00 - $16.00/hr

Position Type:

1. Part-Time: 20-35 hours per week, availability 5 weekdays $13.00 - $15.00/hr (Lunch shifts 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year.
2. Full-Time: 40 hours per week - $16.00/hr (Lunch shifts 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year.

Requirements:

• Must be 16+.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be comfortable using a cash register.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality.
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru.
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru.
• Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window.
• Checking for product quality and consistency.
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
