Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Augusta is seeking Front of House Parent Shift Team Members for a mid-day schedule that fits around school hours. You will greet guests, take orders, and help keep a clean, welcoming restaurant while following health guidelines.

No prior restaurant experience needed; we’ll teach you everything you need to know, with Sundays closed and a family-friendly environment. This role emphasizes Second Mile Service and teamwork.

Parent Shift – Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for our next great Front of House Parent Shift Team Members! This position is designed for parents who want to work while their children are in school while still being available for morning drop-offs, afternoon pick-ups, family dinners, and evenings at home.

Position Requirements:

• Available to work 11:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Available at least 3 days per week

• Reliable, friendly, and ready to serve our guests with excellence

As a Front of House Team Member, you will welcome and greet guests, take orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru, assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant, follow health and sanitation guidelines, and help ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

No restaurant experience is necessary — we’ll teach you everything you need to know! We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who enjoy serving others and working as part of a team. Successful Team Members demonstrate a positive attitude, honesty, dependability, and Chick-fil-A’s commitment to providing Second Mile Service to every guest.
