Job summary

Stratford School in Milpitas is seeking a Lunch and After School Team member to supervise elementary students during indoor/outdoor activities and snacks, ensuring a safe learning environment. The role supports daily campus operations and collaboration with faculty, while providing engaging after-school activities.

Qualified candidates are high school graduates (or GED) with prior childcare experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping and wiping surfaces.

About the Role

The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise elementary students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

What We Offer

Pay range: $19-$23/hourly

Shift Hours Monday - Friday 10:30AM-1:15PM and 2:30PM-6PM
