Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field.
• 7+ years in aerospace manufacturing or similar.
• Experience creating and managing detailed production schedules.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Proven risk management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track a rolling two-week schedule for vehicle integration.
• Lead bi-weekly plan review meetings with stakeholders.
• Report schedule variance and deliver vehicle status.
• Serve as SME on build sequence and constraints.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Collaborate with Shift Leaders to resolve issues.
• Escalate conflicts to Director level when needed.
• Support recovery planning with managers.
• Maintain status of parts, materials, and dependencies.
• Coordinate staffing, crane access, and facilities support.
• Optimize testing timing to protect the schedule.
• Drive cross-functional actions to resolve conflicts.
