Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across Lunar Operations, influencing teams from shop floor to executive levels. You will implement process improvements, mentor colleagues, and track KPIs to elevate reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 12–15 years in operational excellence or process improvement.
• Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) and Lean.
• Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma in complex operations.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead process excellence initiatives across Lunar Operations.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma methodology adoption and benefits tracking.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and backward planning sessions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
• Influence without formal authority across multiple teams.
• Communicate with shop floor to senior leadership and mentor staff.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management.
