Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or team-based environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with building materials preferred.
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects 60‑100 lbs on a regular basis and climbing ladders or stairs to perform duties of the position.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with loading and unloading materials.
• Operating forklifts safely and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling shipping and receiving.
• Packaging finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Supporting general yard and warehouse operations as needed.
