Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• On-the-job training including supervisor training within 6 months of entering the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them in the yard.
• Assign tasks to yard and delivery staff per schedules and traffic.
• Load/unload products safely and accurately for customers, vendors, and company vehicles.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints promptly; escalate when needed.
• Move, stock, and organize building materials in yard/warehouse; maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee yard inventory and notify when adjustments are needed; perform forklift safety checks.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions; perform other duties as assigned.
