Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) is hiring yard and warehouse associates to provide excellent customer service while handling merchandise, unloading or loading trucks, and assisting customers at the yard and warehouse.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, stocking yard and warehouse areas, helping truck drivers deliver to homeowners and job sites, loading materials onto delivery vehicles, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required with delivery experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills; customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers or contractors in a friendly manner.
• Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers in delivery of merchandise to homeowners and job sites.
• Load materials into customers' vehicles or company delivery vehicles.
• Develop expertise related to operation of forklifts, warehouse lifts, or pallet jacks.
• Unload incoming freight and protect equipment.
• Build loads and prepare materials for delivery.
• Identify product shortages and report to store management.
• Maintain yard and warehouse in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist cashiers and store personnel as needed.
• Assist with contractor sales counter functions.
