Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year data entry experience.
• Proficient typing and ten-key skills required.
• Excellent basic math skills; accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Input sales orders into inventory software and process paperwork.
• Track order status and coordinate with production, planning and dispatch teams.
• Provide updates to salespeople and coordinate with customers/vendors.
• Process credits/claims and manage special purchase orders when needed.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; pay $19.00–$20.00/hour DOE.
