Job summary

Treeline, Inc. seeks a Lumber Sales and Customer Service Associate to drive sales of lumber and mill by-products while educating customers about Treeline’s sawmill products.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale buyers across Maine and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting products, learning the full range of offerings, and collaborating with the sawmill team on orders and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years general work experience.
• Two years in lumber/building materials sales (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales of lumber and mill by-products.
• Promote, sell, and educate customers on Treeline’s sawmill products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale customers across Maine.
• Provide high quality, timely sales and customer service.
• Collaborate with the sawmill manager on orders, timelines, and product specs.
• Maintain a safe work environment in line with OSHA guidelines.
