Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in lumber industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Identifies material sources relative to facility needs.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and translates to solid cash and program business.
• Procures products meeting quality, service, and price requirements.
• Provides current market levels and future market direction.
• Understands manufacturing capabilities and customer needs for facilities.
• Prepares reports and uses inventory software for PO creation and settlements.
