UFP Industries in Twin Falls, ID seeks a Production Associate to safely handle lumber products and verify material meets quality requirements. You will move, stack, label, and tag materials, operate basic equipment, and help maintain inventory while supporting safety and continuous improvement efforts.

Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies in a dynamic lumber production

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No minimum experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Moves and secures lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
• Stacks finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
• Labels material based on type, size, and count.
• Applies individual tags to material before/after treating/production.
• Uses a staple gun and troubleshoots equipment.
• Bands, bundles and secures material, including corner protectors and loading sticks.
• Maintains accurate inventory of tags and reports problems or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Monitors output of material to ensure quality standards are met.
• Records production on production sheets.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Assists with other areas by moving material, loading and unloading material carts.
• Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings.
• Performs other duties as required.
