Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred for material counts and measurements.
• Ability to work safely with lumber products and tools.

Responsibilities

• Move and secure lumber and materials according to instructions.
• Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
• Label material by type, size, and count; apply tags as needed.
• Use staple gun and banding tools; secure material with corner protectors and sticks.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Record production on production sheets and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other areas by moving material and loading/unloading carts.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
