Responsibilities

• Build a high-performance team of lumber and building materials sales professionals
• Recruit externally and develop an internal bench
• Coach sales reps to meet objectives
• Lead sales and yard operations to drive sales and safety compliance
• Foster long-term relationships with builders and contractors
• Oversee takeoffs, pricing, and accurate quotes
• Review estimates, analyze pricing, approve bids
• Coordinate with inventory and yard for timely deliveries
• Provide financial oversight and budgeting
