Home Hardware Center, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Natchez, MS to deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and maintain store appearance.

You will greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions, operate the cash register, and keep the sales floor well stocked. Responsibilities include handling payments, processing orders, replenishing inventory, following safety protocols, and assisting with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise up to 100 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary.
