Central Network Retail Group LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and maintain the store’s appearance. The role supports sales goals and customer satisfaction in a dynamic hardware/home improvement environment.

The position requires friendly demeanor, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Both full-time and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Needs retail or customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Must lift and move merchandise up to 100 lbs and handle ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and organize displays.
• Follow all company policies including loss prevention.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to a manager.
• Stay informed on products, sales, and promotions.
