PARR is seeking a General Manager to lead the Rochester location, driving profitability and service excellence. You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations, and align with company FACE values and strategic goals.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates with central purchasing, sales, HR, IT, and leadership teams. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, training, safety compliance, inventory control, and strong community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of management principles, practices, and protocols.
• Experience leading multi-department teams in a retail/operational setting.
• Ability to manage budgets and calendarized plans.
• Strong focus on safety, customer service, and brand standards.

Responsibilities
