Job summary

Leidos is seeking an LUH72A Lakota Instructor Pilot in Marana, Arizona to support ANG ATSOS with advanced flight training and simulation instruction. The role involves delivering classroom and flight instruction, maintaining training records, and providing schoolhouse support across the One Army School System to strengthen aviation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant instructional experience.
• Instructor Pilot experience with qualified hours or IP experience in OASS/AATS programs.
• Proficiency with ITC/ABIC qualifications or equivalent training path.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and ATP documentation for trainees.
• Deliver instruction and evaluation for student pilots per approved packages.
• Conduct daily academic instruction for multiple POIs and courses.
• Lead premission planning and after-action reviews for flight and simulation events.
• Coordinate schedules, leave, and training requirements to support accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with Army, National Guard and AATS policies.
