Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Supervisor, Luggage Handler in Anchorage to lead a luggage handling team and ensure timely loading, unloading, and tagging of guests’ belongings during Alaska itineraries.

The role requires prior luggage operations experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–75 pounds, and US work eligibility. Seasonal, full-time, on-site with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three years of luggage handling operations experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; MVR may be requested.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and motivates luggage handlers and drivers.
• Coordinates and monitors luggage logistics.
• Loads/unloads luggage from trucks, motorcoaches, and vans.
• Sorts, tags, and tracks guest luggage daily.
• Communicates updates with managers and teammates.
• Assists in emergencies per company policy.
• Maintains records and logs per guidelines.
