Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain the loan process and loan products to borrowers.
• Close loans and service the portfolio to meet goals.
• Provide excellent customer care and resolve issues promptly.
• Build trust with customers and internal staff, adhere to policies.
