Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch team. You will originate consumer loans, complete loan applications, develop strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $32,000 per year (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, along with health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing (background check required).

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers and maintain relationships.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage file handling.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage a growing portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.
