Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet licensing eligibility and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and meet sales goals.
• Complete loan applications and follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and products to borrowers.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer care and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
