Job summary

Primient is seeking a Lubrication Technician for our Decatur, IL facility. You will perform lubrication routines on processing equipment and building infrastructure, support proactive maintenance, and collaborate with mechanics to troubleshoot lubrication-related issues.

Key tasks include using the LUBE-IT app, maintaining dispensing equipment, taking oil samples, creating SAP notifications, and coordinating with the reliability and process teams on ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check must be clear or able to be verified.
• Basic math, reading and problem-solving skills required.
• Safety oriented and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication routines on processing equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot lubrication-related equipment issues with mechanics.
• Navigate LUBE-IT app for lubrication tasks and issue tracking.
• Drain, clean, and flush reservoirs; grease and relubricate with dispensing equipment.
• Create SAP notifications for corrective or preventive maintenance.
