Job summary

GLP Transit in Austell, GA seeks a reliable delivery driver/warehouse associate responsible for bulk lubricant product deliveries, loading/unloading, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, maintaining safety and compliance with DOT/FMCSA standards, and providing excellent customer service while supporting inventory and warehouse tasks. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT pre-employment drug testing required.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA qualification standards including a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience with commercial deliveries and/or fuel or lubricant products preferred.
• Prior driving and warehouse experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk lubricant products to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Record delivery information and complete documentation at time of delivery.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Maintain truck and delivery logs per regulations and company policies.
• Follow delivery routes for maximum efficiency of deliveries.
• Ensure products are shipped, received, stored, and allocated correctly within warehouse.
